Choosing Responsive Web Design over an Adaptive One

In an adaptive website design, a single layout cannot be used over and over again to change the design for use on different devices. There are different layouts for each design, as opposed to a responsive web design that can be changed to suit different screen sizes in Alaska and elsewhere.
